Service Manager

Come join our service department ohana by being a Service Manager. This position supports the Owners team to develop plans for the quality condition of our owner’s property. Their primary responsibilities are to facilitate the implementation of approved plans that will maximize the value and investment returns of each asset/property in their portfolios. Meticulous attention to detail is required.

They are tasked with executing the approved strategy and monitoring the property’s competitive position on a consistent basis.

This is a task-driven position. Ability to keep to schedules and work in a collaborative effort to owner/guest satisfaction. Able to keep a professional demeanor at all times. Possible company vehicle provided.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service with proven experience in hospitality or vacation rental management.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and client relations skills.

Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Assess and maintain property conditions to keep units competitive in the market.

Prioritize and coordinate emergency repairs efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service actions, and property updates.

Collaborate with Reservation and Guest Services teams to resolve guest inquiries and concerns.

Work closely with property owners, ensuring clear and professional communication.

Address guest issues with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.

Ensure properties are clean, fully operational, and guest-ready at all times.

Manage schedules effectively while working independently and as part of a team.

Assist with scheduling and overseeing maintenance and repair tasks.

Escort vendors and repair personnel to properties as needed.

Conduct thorough property inspections, including cleanliness, maintenance, and necessary repairs.

Respond promptly to emergencies while on-call.

Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Maintain a professional demeanor in phone and in-person interactions.

Prioritize tasks effectively with a keen eye for detail.

Adapt to various technology platforms, including property management software and mobile apps.

Maintain reliable transportation, a well-functioning cell phone, and a basic knowledge of necessary tools. A valid driver’s license in good standing is required.
