Job Title: Laborer
Overview:
Join our team as a Laborer where you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with physical labor tasks, operating machinery, and ensuring worksites are clean and safe.
Duties:
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate machinery and equipment under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times
- Complete tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Skills:
Required:
- Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Forklift experience
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience in construction or related field
- Familiarity with safety procedures on construction sites
