WEST MAUI SITE MANAGER
We are a medium sized 51-unit condominium complex in Honokowai. We are seeking a professional, friendly individual with good communication skills who is willing to embrace this position with a can-do attitude.
Previous Site or Resident Manager experience preferred. Experience in building maintenance, janitorial, pool care, light landscaping, general computer and email knowledge required.
Duties include maintaining the common elements, staying on budget, enforcing House Rules, assuring the safety and tranquility of residents, security rounds, grounds inspections, and other job duties that will be negotiated.
Qualified candidate must be an independent self-starter, with outstanding verbal and written communication, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning common areas, enforcing rules and regulations, performing daily site inspections, and identifying, documenting, and following up on owner issues. Other duties may be required.
Some work after hours and on weekends may be necessary, as well as being available to be on call to answer and respond to any Association emergencies; i.e. irrigation leaks, prepare common areas for unusual weather conditions, etc.
Salary $54K-$68K; Depending on experience. Please provide expectations.
