Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Training Facility near HNL
Job Type: Part-Time (high hourly wage for individuals who are available more often and highly skilled)
Weekly Hours: 5 to 20 hours (average 8-10 hours a week)

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing both routine and complex maintenance and repair work on training equipment and other components, as well as ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair work on training equipment and other components
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies
Document maintenance and repair work performed
Communicate with corporate and customer representatives as required
Complete work in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in aircraft or general maintenance services.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance instructions, and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Must be able to pass a background test
Must be authorized to work in the United States
