This position is for a full-time skilled maintenance person to provide building and common ground maintenance for twenty-seven buildings on sixteen acres at a gated community in Kapalua.
Qualified candidates will be well-rounded and have experience in all aspects of building maintenance. Periodic pool maintenance will be involved but can be taught.
Performing a variety of skilled maintenance and repairs involving painting, plumbing, electrical work, light carpentry and/or other trade skills when needed. Able to perform work on ladders and roofs and lift 50 pounds safely.

Compensation:Pay based on experience level, benefits after a 90-day trial period.
Work Week: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday.
