looking to get the wood frame, panelingetc replaced with composite decking material & stainless hardware per your professional standards. We can do cash, just want to make sure we are in agreement with what is purposed to be donematerial, est. labor $.etc. I know that things don't always go as planned, and I will work with you if the unforeseen comes up.
I will do 1/2 material up frontand the rest when completed.
