Job Summary:
King Pool and Spas is looking for a Pool Service Technician to join our team and perform a variety of pool maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be a reliable person who is willing to work hard and has a positive attitude. We are looking for a part time pool cleaning repair technician mostly for the North Shore(Haena, Hanalei, Princeville, Kilauea).
This is an active outdoor working environment, performing general pool maintenance and balancing pool chemicals in residential & commercial properties.
Applicants must have reliable transportation and a clean valid drivers license/record.
Looking for a self motivated, hard working person who pays attention to details and has a great work ethic and customer service skills.
Experience is a plus but NOT required, Training is provided.
Compensation is based on experience, motivation and performance.
A great position for a self motivated, detailed person who likes being outdoors.
Hours of work available are Monday thru Saturdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm but are flexible.
Essential Functions:
Perform basic pool maintenance duties including pool cleaning, filter service, chemical application, etc.
Perform routine pool care duties such as cleaning the water filter cartridge/backwashing, , and performing other common pool care tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have valid drivers license, good driving record, proof of auto insurance, and own means of reliable transportation(truck w/hitch preferred and additional compensation offered)
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more as required to replace filters or perform other pool maintenance tasks.
Frequently lift and/or move 10-40 pounds and occasionally moving/pushing or pulling of up to 100 pounds (loaded hand cart.)
Job Type: Part Time
Pay: Starting $30.00/Hour
Schedule:
18-25 Hrs/Week
8 hour shifts
Monday through Saturday available
