Our dispatchers will be responsible for coordinating delivery of linens and stage truck load, monitor delivery schedules and flag issues.

Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following:

Generate accurate delivery of invoices and receipts.

Inspect checklists to ensure accuracy of scaling.

Takes initiative to coordinate with Production Manager, transportation Manager and Drivers to ensure that customer’s linen is delivered as scheduled.

Detail oriented and ensures that customer problems and concerns are addressed and resolved.

Calls in driver replacements.

Coordinate loading of trucks and drivers to ensure accuracy of loads prepared for shipment to customers.

Responsible for accuracy of delivery receipt and information

Communicate customer concerns and/or calls from drivers to the Transportation Manager.

Record and report scaling errors and any other errors.

Assists scalers by positioning carts and placing plastic covers over carts as required.

Responsible for work area to always be clean, including pre- and post-shifts.

Provides daily production report in Excel (PPOH)

Check to make sure that soil vs clean linen does not exceed industry standards with Manager on duty.

Other duties that may be assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager to meet operational needs.

Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred, multi-lingual a plus, effective written and verbal communication skills in English, able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Training, Tools & Equipment:

On-the-job training will be provided to the workers.

The Company will provide each worker, without charge or deposit, with all tools, supplies, and equipment that are required to perform their duty.

Single worksite located at-

221 South Wakea Avenue #201, Kahului HI 96732

Wage Information:

The wage is no less than $20.50 per hour. Overtime pay starts at $30.75 per hour.

Employees who work the night shift will receive an additional $1.00 shift differential on top of their hourly rate.

Our Company's pay period starts on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday. A single work week will be used to compute the wages due.

Our payroll period is weekly, and workers are paid on the following Thursday after the end of the pay period.

Rate increases and/or bonuses may be offered at the Company's discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure.

The Company will make deductions from the worker's paycheck as required by law. Workers may elect to participate in our benefits plans such as medical, drug, vision, dental, FSA and other voluntary insurance plans, in which a share in premium may be deducted.

Any deductions will be preauthorized in writing.

The working environment is typical of an industrial facility including noise and vibration. An employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and vibration. Personal Protective Equipment will be required for certain tasks.
