Aloha, We are looking for a professional vacation rental cleaner for our condo at the Waipouli Beach Resort in Kapaa. Our condo is a 2 bedroom 3 bath. Averages 4-5 cleanings a month. Our current cleaner is retiring and we will require an experienced cleaner. Compensation will be $250 per cleaning and we do expect the condo to be perfect for our guests. We also compensate with birthday and end of the year bonuses. Per State law you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for all income received. Checkout time is 11AM and checkin time is 4PM. You will have 5 hours of cleaning time to prepare the condo. All cleaning supplies will be provided.
