Kihei & Wailea Vacation Rentals
We’re looking to contract with a dependable and detail-oriented cleaner to help care for our vacation rental properties in Kihei and Wailea. This is a 1099 independent contractor position. A W-9 will be required, and a 1099 will be issued at the end of the year.
Pay ranges from $100 to $175 per clean, depending on the size of the unit and scope of work.
What the job involves:
Full turnover cleanings of vacation rental condos, including kitchens, bathrooms, lanais, living rooms, and bedrooms
Making sure everything is thoroughly dusted, including under couches, baseboards, and other detailed areas
Laundering and refreshing linens and towels in-unit
Resetting the property so it’s guest-ready, with attention to detail in both cleanliness and presentation
Quality Standards:
A post-cleaning inspection will be done after each job.
If a task is missed or not completed properly, the contractor may be asked to return to address it.

Able to take initiative and work with a team mindset — “That’s not my job” isn’t the right fit for this role
Available to clean between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., depending on guest check-in/check-out times
