Property Management company seeking full-time MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS!
We are open to accepting a 1099 subcontractor or permanent team member
Details:
Properties throughout the Wahiawa, Waianae, Pearl City, and Honolulu areas
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, over-time and weekend work is rare, but may be needed.
Must have your own vehicle and valid driver's license
Starting base pay of $15.00 per hour, increase depending on experience
Skills and Experience:
Maintenance technician must be able to perform a wide variety of Maintenance Duties. This position is expected to be able to repair and maintain most items on a property without outside vendor assistance.
Experience in electrical, plumbing, roofing, carpentry, painting, handy-man skillset, preferred!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
Able to work independently
