Warehouse Custodian/Maintenance
Schedule:
Temporary to hire - Full time
M-F 8:00am-4:00pm (start time may vary)
Payrate: $18.00/hr.
Job Description:
Warehouse Custodian/Maintenance to help manage the cleanliness of our warehouse and grounds. The Warehouse Custodian/Maintenance performs tasks involving general labor duties and overall sanitation both inside and outside the warehouse facility.
Job Functions:
Clean indoor and outdoor areas of our campus daily including warehouse and outside parking area.
Manage the sanitation and cleanliness of restrooms.
Empty trash and recycle bins, sweep, and mop.
Pick up miscellaneous debris from the property and dispose of it appropriately daily.
Arrange work tasks and schedule to accommodate seasonal cleaning tasks.
Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Clean any spills or other hazards that may cause injuries to people or property.
Work with internal and external technicians and specialists for large maintenance jobs that cannot be done alone.
Occasional cleaning of Trucks Perform light facilities maintenance duties as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager and VP of Operations.
Requires travel to other buildings within Campbell campus
Essential Functions:
Must be reliable and responsible to get to work on time.
Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
Regularly lift and /or move objects 10-50lbs. occasionally lift.
Must be able to spend long hours standing, bending, walking, and stretching.
Must be able to work schedule M-F time schedule may vary
Must be available on weekends if asked to work on weekends
Must have strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Must be able to operate electric powered cleaning equipment
