Warehouse with Forklift Experience
Location: Kalihi
Pay: $20/hr., temp/temp to hire for the right fit
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat, early mornings (5am-2pm)
Typical Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading:
Physically moving items in and out of the warehouse, potentially onto trucks or directly onto ships.
Inventory management:
Organizing and storing goods in the warehouse, potentially using forklifts or other equipment, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
Order fulfillment:
Picking and packing items for shipment to customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Equipment operation:
Using equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move and store items.
General maintenance:
Keeping the warehouse clean and organized and potentially performing basic maintenance tasks.
Safety compliance:
Following all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Physical fitness: The ability to lift and move heavy objects is essential.
Warehouse experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting is often preferred.
Forklift operation: Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment may be required.
Attention to detail: Accuracy is important when handling inventory and preparing orders.
Teamwork: The ability to work effectively with others in a team environment.
