Purpose
Aldridge Pite, LLP has an immediate need for an Admin Assistant to work from the Firm's Honolulu, Hawaii office. This role will provide to the Judicial Operations team across multiple states.
Specific Duties, Activities and Responsibilities
Process incoming mail/faxes and route them to the attorneys or paralegals handling the case
Scan documents into case management system
Prepare and send courtesy documents to the courts in a timely manner
Efile various pleadings with the courts
Send documents for recording
Process VOD requests
Process HIecourt notices/exceptions
Prepare daily reports for distribution to the teams
Handle additional tasks or projects as needed in support of the foreclosure team
Job Requirements
High school diploma required

Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
