Local Law firm in downtown Honolulu seeks to immediately fill a full-time billing support clerk position. The ideal individual should be detail oriented with good communication skills and a team player to support the billing department. Duties require independent judgment and integrity. Basic working skills and knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks, Juris and electronic billing helpful. Daily tasks include but not limited to cut and deposit checks, generate and mail or email invoices, follow up on billing issues, copy, scan, and file invoices, data entry, compliance with client guidelines and other accounts receivable/payable duties.
