Seeking detailed oriented, motivated and reliable individual to join our team and provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will possess proficient computer skills, ability to work both independently and in a team setting, and ability to meet deadlines.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Draft correspondence, declarations, transmittals and other support documents,
Proof read and edit documents as needed
Organize and maintain client files (physical and electronic)
Coordinate meetings, communicate with clients, court staff, and attorneys
Maintain calendars, schedules and deadlines (Microsoft Outlook)
Assist with time entry, invoices and other related tasks within the accounting billing system (Coyote)
Preferred proficient word processing, typing, spelling, grammar and proofreading skills. Thorough knowledge of PC, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat.
Attendance, punctuality and timeliness are essential functions of this position. Full-time position: M-F; 40 hours per week. Excellent benefits.
