Licensed Hawaii Attorney I am seeking an experienced attorney to represent me in Binding Arbitration to resolve a contract dispute.
Attorney will be required to assist by providing a written submission of a five-page brief to an arbitrator affiliated with Dispute Prevention & Resolution, Inc. ("DPR"), Honolulu, Hawaii for final resolution. Participation at a dispute hearing required, but such hearing will be at the sole discretion of the arbitrator.
