I am a criminal defense lawyer seeking an office assistant to help manage a rapidly growing influx of new clients. Duties will include phone contact, calendaring, correspondence, document drafting, billing and other tasks. After a training period, working remotely is possible.
I believe that legal services can be delivered in a way that is both affordable for our clients and profitable for our firm. I provide representation billed on a flat fee or hourly basis. My clients pay a lower initial retainer, and then make automated payments over time. I take some court-appointed cases as well.
I am looking for someone with office experience, but not necessarily in a law office. I will train and invest in the right person! The right candidate will understand the value of criminal defense services in our community and appreciate the hard work that goes with that.
