Immediate position available for Hawaii legal assistant/paralegal to assist experienced trial attorney. Prepare deposition summaries, review and summarize medical records, organize trial exhibits, interact with clients and litigation team.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Prior paralegal experience in a law firm or legal setting
- Trial preparation experience and trial support experience highly desired
- Working knowledge and understanding of federal and state rules
- Working knowledge and understanding of civil procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid analytical, critical thinking and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- The ability and willingness to work in a rewarding, and fast-paced team work environment
