Job Description:
This is a freelance/contract opportunity ideal for someone who understands the real estate space and knows how to craft visually compelling stories that perform well on social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Shoot and edit vertical and horizontal video content for social media
Create engaging reels, walkthroughs, and lifestyle-style property teasers
Capture drone footage, b-roll, and occasional agent-on-camera shots
Requirements:
Must be based on Oahu
Own video equipment (camera, stabilizer, drone, lighting, etc.)
Proficiency with editing tools
Strong understanding of what performs well on IG
Punctual, responsive, and creative
