The Design Coordinator will work one-on-one with clients in design development to ensure all aspects of the contract and design are met. The Design Coordinator will then work with the architectural department to complete the plans for permitting submission. Includes all facets of the design development and planning phase, including but not limited to; finalizing window and door selections, types, sizes, and locations, coordinating with the architectural department for client-requested changes, presenting change orders and addendums for change to the scope of work, product research, soliciting bids and material proposals, and other administrative duties associated with the design side of the project.
Must have a construction and design background and know how to read residential building plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
