Overview:
Kō Hana Distillers is a Farm-to-Bottle producer on island focalizing on Hawaiian Sugarcane and its production into rum. Semiautonomous position responsible for the processing, packaging and organizing finished good products with a focus on ensuring every bottle is filled and packaged with the highest level of quality in mind, at all times. Ability to manage task solo, as well as with a team.
Daily Task include but not Limited To:
Running a mechanized bottling line.
Daily upkeep in processing room. Cleaning bottling machine, organization of lids, labels, wraps for multiple bottle sizes.
Record keeping of everything coming in and out of the processing room.
Making sure every bottle is the best looking bottle that goes out.
Monthly inventory of processing goods.
Keep pallets of finished goods organized and clean.

Full-Time Position
$18 / Hour Starting- Pay Compensation equivalent to experience

Other Associated Factors:
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
One or two weekend days required
May involve some repetitive motions.
May need to lift, pull or push 30+ pounds.
Quality control oriented, attention to detail with a keen eye on symmetry.
Must be capable of sitting, standing and bending throughout the work day for extended periods of time.
Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in a professional manner.
Authorized to work in the US.
Reliable transportation.
