Kalihi Beer is opening its new brewpub location in Chinatown and is looking to hire experienced brewers who have a passion for excellence and know the difference between a hobby and a career. We are offering $50-$65K base salary with profit sharing and long-term equity options for the right candidate.
You must be a self-starting, self-actualized, highly motivated person with your own internal fire to make great beer and to be a part of a company aiming to grow rapidly over the next three years. Consistency, punctuality, and rigorous attention to detail are mandatory. Must have great communication skills, and must be able to problem solve everything from a malfunctioning pump to a communication failure with the service staff.
