This person must be flexible, reliable, trustworthy, and able to learn new things quickly, as well as maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
Duties in the quality department include but are not limited to: assisting and facilitating quality control processes, supporting the Quality Manager in daily tasks, and performing inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
Additionally, this role may require assisting in the production area when necessary, including supporting the Production Manager in manufacturing processes, preparing materials for later processing, warehouse inventory management, prep work, and keeping the workplace clean.
Must be able to stand for most of the duration of the workday, lift 10-20 lbs regularly, and up to 40-50 lbs on occasion.
Kitchen work experience is recommended but not mandatory.
Work hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Mon - Fri.
This is a long-term full-time position, not seasonal work.
Hourly rate is $23 and may increase with experience.
