Position Overview
We’re looking for a Packaging Assistant to help prepare roasted coffee for shipment. You’ll work alongside our roasting and fulfillment team to weigh, seal, label, and box coffees for online orders and wholesale accounts. Attention to detail and consistency are key — every bag you pack represents our brand and our growers.
Responsibilities
Weigh, bag, and seal roasted coffee with accuracy and care
Apply labels and packaging for retail and wholesale orders
Assist with order fulfillment and inventory organization
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
Support roasting and shipping team as needed
Qualifications
Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a small production environment
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
Interest in coffee and quality craftsmanship a plus
Schedule & Pay
Part-time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4-6 hours per day (approximately 12–18 hours per week)
$17/hour starting pay
