Job Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, clean, and prepare raw product for cooking.
Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs of raw and packaged goods.
Operate fryers, mixers, oven and other equipment to cook/bake according to recipe and quality standards.
Monitor cook times, oil quality, and product consistency.
Weigh, package, seal, and label finished products accurately.
Conduct regular quality checks for taste, texture, and appearance.
Follow all food safety and sanitation practices.
Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift.
Maintain equipment, report issues, and follow safety procedures.
Assist with inventory, restocking, and waste disposal.
Work independently with little to no supervision while meeting production goals.
Collaborate with team members and assist in other production areas when needed.
Flexibility with work hours depending on production demands.
Requirements
Prior kitchen, fryer, or food production experience preferred (but willing to train the right person).
Must obtain and maintain a valid Food Handler’s Certificate.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbs repeatedly.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to adapt to changing work needs.
