ARC OF KONA is seeking a full-time Employment Specialist to join our team to support and assist individuals with disabilities to find and maintain meaningful jobs in the community that meet the individual’s vocational goals. The successful candidate will provide pre-employment transitions services, job development, job placement, and job coaching. Experience in the field of disabilities and working with employers in the local business community is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal/people skills, critical thinking skills, ability to work independently and as a team, and ability to analyze data and compile information for reports.
