Hawaiʻi Land Trust (HILT) is seeking an Educator to join its Maui-based team. The part-time
position’s primary responsibility will be teaching School and Community Groups to help fulfill
HILT’s strategic goals and objectives for Waiheʻe Coastal Dunes & Wetlands Refuge and Nuʻu
Refuge. This includes preserving and enhancing the natural, cultural, and community value of the
sites and providing opportunities for the community to connect and develop kuleana for Waiheʻe
and Nuʻu through education, service, and recreation. The position will also be tasked with helping
at other HILT sites and on other projects, as needed. This position reports to HILT’s Director of
