Primary purpose: Under the supervision of the Food Service Coordinator assist in the daily operation of the Food Service program.
Essential Duties/Functions:
- Pack and deliver meals.
- Assist with food preparation
- Dishwashing.
- Stock food and kitchen supplies.
- Clean, sanitize and maintain the kitchen area.
- Disposing of all trash in approved sanitary manner.
Other duties/functions:
-Attend training classes and workshops.
- Performs other duties as required.
Working conditions - both indoors and outdoors, Exposure to moisture and heat in kitchen environment.
- Equipment use: Daily use of company vehicle and/or access to own vehicle and daily use of utility cart and usual commercial kitchen and office equipment and supplies is required.
- Work hours - Monday-Friday 6:30 am - 3:15 PM daily. Some overtime may be required.
