Arc of Kona is seeking full time (40 hours a week) passionate, committed individuals to join our team as Residential Support Specialists (RSS). The RSS provides support and assistance to tenants with developmental disabilities living in our Group Home in Captain Cook to live their lives to the fullest and as independently as possible. Various shifts available. The RSS teaches, mentors, supports, and assists each tenant in a way that honors and respects their own preferences, choices, and needs. As a RSS, your work will be rewarding and vital to the overall success of our tenants and the organization.
