The Arc of Hilo, Hawai'i Island is recruiting for two positions, a Full-Time Supervisor (40 hours) and a Part-Time Supervisor (15-20 hours per week) for our Adult Day Health and Community Support Services program. Position requires a bachelor's degree and experience working with the developmental disability population. Ideally some leadership/supervisory experience but we're willing to train you!

Hours are generally 7:30-3pm M-F. Some flexibility is required in this exempt position due to the nature of client services.
Eligibility for the position:
a. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in social sciences or education;
b. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in another field with one (1) year verifiable experience working directly with individuals with disabilities or the elderly;
c. Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Hawai‘i;
d. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and:
Two (2) years of experience providing direct assistance to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
