This position will assist the manager in the office.

Essential Functions and Duties:

Manage Client Relationships; Orders

Answer Customer inquiries via e-mail and phone

Update computer timely

Makes deliveries, pick up supplies and other items as requested

Maintain general office organization and administration – file and organize documents regularly.

Answer phones, direct inquiries professionally.

Perform other duties as may be requested

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Interpersonal communication – ability to work well with employees and customers

Exhibit a Professional demeanor and interaction with clients

Detail-oriented, strives for accuracy

Organized, well-spoken, courteous phone etiquette

Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic, positive attitude, and the highest level of integrity.

Maintain regular timely attendance

Valid US Driver’s License preferred

Education and Experience:

Required: Speak English fluently

High school diploma or GED preferred

Working Conditions:

Indoors, air-conditioned environment, need to walk up a staircase few times per day

Sitting for long periods of time

Frequent use of telephone

Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds

Full time, part time may be considered on a case to case basis
