Manawa Lea Health Services is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Administrative Clerk. The candidate will be adept at data input, filing and documentation
management, and professional communication. With versatility and accuracy, this
hands-on role involves a range of tasks that contribute to the smooth running of our

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Answering customer questions, providing information, taking and processing orders, and
addressing complaints
b. Answering phone calls and calling customers and vendors to follow up on appointments
and deliveries
c. Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records on Microsoft Office applications
d. Accurately input and manage data, records, and information into digital databases or
paper files as needed
e. Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, documents, and records for easy
retrieval and reference
f. Greet and assist visitors professionally and courteously
g. Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office
materials
h. Organizing, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
i. Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
j. Maintaining scheduling and event calendars
k. Scanning and faxing documents
l. Maintaining homebase and Sandata EVV schedules
m. Relaying important messages and having active communication with executives through
phone and or e-mail during office hours
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (can be waived depending on experience)
Day shift: M-F 8am-12pm
B. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- clerical, secretarial experience
- Be comfortable working around people with developmental disabilities
- Microsoft 365 Office proficient
- Wpm 65+
- English language proficient (spoken/written)
- must be CPR/First Aid certified
- must have fieldprint check
- must have current TB clearance
