We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful customer driven professional for an Administrative Support role with the ability to streamline business operations by utilizing a multifaceted approach. Must have exceptional computer knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion to make a difference in the community.
Pay: $20-23/hr
Schedule: Mon – Fri: 8am – 4:30pm

Parking: Available (Reliable transportation required for business-related travel)
Key Responsibilities:
Answers and direct phone calls.
Greet visitors using company protocol for Covid.
Handle administrative requests from management.
Take detailed minutes at meetings.
Book travel arrangements.
Assist with planning of company functions.
Excellent writing skills for documents and correspondence
Create and update excel spreadsheets.
Maintain filing system for hard copy and soft copy documents.
Ordering of office supplies, promotional items.
Qualifications:
HS/GED / College Degree Preferred
Administrative experience: 3+ years (Preferred)
Knowledge of local street names, location, and places on Oahu and the outer islands
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Meeting
