One Kalakaua Senior Living Association is hiring for a Resident Relations Manager. The Resident Relations Manager's primary responsibility is to facilitate committee meetings. Provide oversight of resident activities/communication, and resident move-ins and move-outs. Committee preparations which entails preparing agendas and minutes, preparation of packets and distribution. Resident activities includes the preparation of communication materials. facilitation of the Resident Hospitality Committee and Leisure Committee, and planning the activities to enhance individual lives to meet the physical, social, spiritual and intellectual needs of the residents.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED and a minimum 2-years of experience in an Administration Management capacity. Must be computer literate, experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality and works well with others. Strong organizational skills. Supervisory experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Communicates effectively, both orally and written, using proper speech and grammar.
REASONING ABILITY: Normal mental and visual attention-to-detail abilities are required. Defines problems, collects data, asks pertinent questions, and establishes facts. Interprets a variety of information from disperse sources to effectively explain situations. Uses sound judgement and meets deadlines on own accord. Must analyze circumstances and facts in order to decide on methods and techniques required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Manual coordination is required to operate computer. Continuous visual attention to detail required. Sitting 80% of the time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Normal Business Hours
