Bookeeping Assistant - Full Time

Air Conditioning Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeping Assistant. We are a locally owned and operated company and have been an established business for over 30 years. We offer a fun and fast paced team-oriented environment with EXCELLENT Air Conditioning! There is room for growth, and we offer in-house training to those who are motivated.
Duties Include but not limited to:
Data Entry of Client Information for Service Files, (Maintenance, Equipment Records, Model/Serial Numbers)
Input Technician Invoice information and Confirmation of Correct Data
Inventory of Equipment and Materials for Warehouse and Vehicles
Overall review of invoicing for accuracy
Assist with day to day operations of the Office
Vacation/Paid Holidays
Medical (Kaiser), Dental (DHS)
IRA Retirement plan with 3% Company matching after 1 year
