What does a Branch Coordinator do? This is a blend of positions; learning first the duties of a Warehouse Specialist will give you the background and training to also learn the duties of Inside Sales. Ensures the daily operation of the warehouse, including preparing orders, shipping, receiving and maintaining inventory

This is a perfect position for someone who has excellent customer service, an operations/ inventory background and is skilled in basic computer programs. If you are someone who likes to solve puzzles and has a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude this could be the job for you! We are ready to train the right person who wants to gain new knowledge and is ready for a challenge.

Job Type: Direct hire

Schedule: Full-Time, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Pay: $18-22/hr

Industry: Petroleum and industrial equipment

Location: Mapunapuna

Responsibilities:

Fulfill orders, prepare and verify shipping documents

Responding to customer needs

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

Inventory management, cycle counts

Handle pallet jack, forklift and other tools and equipment

Handle loading and unloading operations

Implement safety procedures and standards

Assist customers; will-call, answer phones, problem-solve

Assist in other department job duties and projects as needed

Qualifications:

Ability to work autonomously, and as a team; self-motivated

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent problem solving, decision making, and prioritization skills

Proven history of being reliable and dependable

Skilled in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic internet skills

Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, telephone systems, and copiers

Current, valid driver’s license and forklift certification preferred

Additional requirements:

Operations experience; sales experience a plus

Forklift experience a plus

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, post-high school education, related experience; or a combination of both preferred

Must be able to lift/ move up to 50 lbs., and up to 70 lbs. periodically

Previous experience in the parts industry; mechanical inclination a plus

Previous operations experience needed; sales experience a plus
