Collection Specialist (Honolulu)
Guardian Capital Management is hiring a full-time Collection Specialist. The successful candidate is persuasive, professional, and dependable. All collection activity is conducted by phone. The ability to speak a foreign language is also desirable but not required.
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required. Why do we ask for this? Because anyone who has worked in customer service can keep their composure with tough customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

PRIMARY DUTIES
Persuading customers to resolve unpaid accounts
Document all contacts made
Complete skip trace work on accounts as required
Comply with all federal and state collection laws
Complete daily work flow
COMPENSATION:
$4000/month plus performance bonus for full-time collectors with minimum base requirements. Comprehensive benefit plan including medical, dental, 401k. Candidates must pass a pre-employment criminal background check if offered the position.
