Job overview: Answering phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments for general pest control services and sentricon services using current system. Coordinating & communicating schedules of technicians to efficiently utilize each persons’ time. Notifying & confirming with each customer approximately when to expect technician.
Responsibilities & Duties
Answer phone calls, take messages, schedule appointments for customers
Coordinate and arrange schedules for technicians
Communicate issues/concerns with immediate supervisors immediately for conflict resolution
Able to take notes and follow through correctly with verbal and written instructions
Use different communication methods – such as email, text, verbal communication or written correspondence.
Communicate with technicians when they are scheduling changes
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and change/revise appointments
Open new accounts while customer is on the phone and secure appointment immediately
Document all notes, conversations, changes in PestPac Immediately
Communicate any questions or concerns to supervisor
Solve problems with minimal supervision after training period.
Other duties as assigned
Typing 40 – 50 wpm with accuracy
10 key by sight or touch
Texting capabilities with use of smartphone
Multiple phone line operation, fling, faxing, copying and organizational skills required.
Excellent customer services skills, positive attitude and multi-tasking skills required.
Knowledge of google maps and island of Kauai
Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
