Dispatch / Office position

We are looking for a full-time dispatcher who will also need to be proficient in basic office duties. Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, punctual, a team player and be able to function in a fast paced environment.

JOB DUTIES

Schedule or dispatch service technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using zello or telephones.

Oversee all communications within specifically assigned trips and take clear notes for the customer's records.

Advise personnel about traffic problems, such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions, or other hazards.

Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two years in a customer service representative or dispatcher role.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Microsoft Office and Google knowledge.

Housecall Pro experience is a PLUS.
