Responsibilities:
Dispatch plumbing technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain accurate records of service calls and work orders
Assist with scheduling preventative maintenance appointments
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and concerns
Coordinate with other dispatchers and technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plumbing department
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC terminology and equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology
Training will be offered for two weeks:
Monday thru Friday
9am-5:30pm
Must be able to work the set schedule below after training:
Thursday - Monday
9am-6pm
Saturday and Sunday
7am-3pm
Tuesday and Wednesday OFF
