Growing Small business doing post-construction cleaning .
Experience in construction field preferable .
This is a part time job to start , approx. 12 hrs /week
Self -employed welcome . Someone with their own business better .
Task Description :
Bookkeeping, payroll , account payable , invoicing and change order , data entry , project financial report ,
take care of employees needs ( 6-10 employees) , set up project ( contract, insurance , safety program , etc)
insurance claim forms , etc
Spanish speaking will be excellent .
Looking for someone friendly , dynamic , efficient and knowledgeable .
You can work from your office or home but we have to meet regularly .
