Position Summary:
As our Scheduler, you’ll be the go-to person for coordinating appointments, managing technician schedules, and communicating with customers. This role is critical to keeping our projects on track and ensuring a positive experience for every homeowner we serve. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate site visits, installations, inspections, and service calls
Manage technician calendars to ensure efficient routing and workload balance
Communicate daily with customers regarding appointment times, updates, or reschedules
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all scheduling requirements are met
Update project timelines and status reports in scheduling systems
Anticipate and resolve conflicts or delays in scheduling
Maintain accurate documentation of all appointments and interactions
Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
Qualifications / Requirements:
A hard worker with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and office software
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination
Previous experience in solar, construction, or field service industry a plus
