Established Kailua financial advisor looking for admin help to keep my practice running smoothly. Pref. Kailua or Windward Oahu resident. must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and basic office programs, comfortable on computers and ability to stay organized and on task with completing lists. Hours/days are flexible and can be part-time to start with and perhaps transition to full-time. Communication is essential and no drama, positive vibes only! Possible to do some work from home but in busy times we'll need to hunker down in the office and get 'er done. must have reliable transportation and be stable, healthy and happy. Pay level between $25-$40/hr commensurate with experience and professionalism. We would start on a contract basis w/o additional benefits and see how things go from there.
