Watanabe International is a real estate/property management company seeking a reliable and motivated Office Administrative Assistant to support our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our office. Will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and will play a key role in keeping our office organized and efficient.
Job Duties:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance scheduling with tenants and vendors.
- Prepare documents.
- Manage filing systems and keep records organized.
- Assist with data entry
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
-Knowledge of property management software (e.g. AppFolio) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Schedule:
Work hours between 8am – 5pm
Monday to Friday, possible weekends
10 – 19+ hours per week
