Seeking a long-term Customer Service/Office Assistant to work with a well established company in Hilo. Must have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills
Ability to manage, multi-task and prioritize work
Desire to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Able to run payroll and do certified payroll reports
Knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Will be working with off site accountant and in house bookkeeper doing bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable. Periodically run errands. Answer phone calls and do dispatching.
