The Office Assistant role assists the General Manager in operating the complex in accordance with administrative guidelines to ensure effective physical and social soundness. The candidate takes the initiative to seek solutions to problems unique to the complex.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answers phones, prepares correspondence and maintains neatness of the office.
Open all incoming mail and prepare for General Manager's approval.
Accommodate and assist homeowners with questions and answers
Prepare time cards, work schedule, and maintain time clock
Administer payroll twice a month.
The Office Assistant will be entrusted with maintaining homeowners' files and confidential information, as well as applicant and/or employee information, underscoring the role's requirement for utmost professionalism and discretion.
Attends mandatory meetings and other duties assigned.
Knowledge/Skills
Demonstrable skill in the use of Microsoft Office software.
Skill in problem-solving with staff and homeowners.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one year of office administrative experience.
Must be proficient in using a computer (Micro Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
Type at least 45 wpm
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Must be reliable
Ability to follow instructions well
Must have at least four years of AOAO knowledge
