Sports equipment company looking for a part-time administrative assistant (15-20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Reply to customer emails
- Fulfill customer orders
- Schedule appointments
- Manage inventory
- Compile reports
- Conduct online research on various topics
- Run errands such as going to post office, purchasing supplies, etc.
- Perform various other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- At least one year of office administrative experience
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Proficient computer skills
- Able follow instructions well
- Detail oriented
- Valid driver’s license
Hours:
- Approximately 3.5 hours a day, Monday-Friday
