Administrative Assistant for Operation department of an ART NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION
Budget: $16/hr 20 hours a week
o (Part-Time/Hourly) flexible hours can be partly remote but at least once a week in office with Director
o Reports directly to Operations Director and Artist
o Assists with bookkeeping and filing, administrative work in office
o Must have Experience with Excel, Quicken, MS Word, Google doc, Google drive, etc.
o Filing and digital filing
o Record keeping of archival data
o Organize, file, input Finance data
o Must be a good organizer, and understand best practice for office
o Flexible hours/partly remote/once or twice a week in AINA HAINA office
Should be able to drive and have own car.
Run errands if necessary.
Organized, friendly, energetic, punctual and professional individual needed.
