Responsibilities Include:
Answering and directing telephone calls promptly and professionally.
Greeting clients warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed.
Scheduling and managing appointments using our booking software.
Handling client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
Managing client intake forms and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Processing payments, managing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer daily.
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Filing, organizing documents, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Communicating effectively with massage therapists and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Monitoring and restocking clinic supplies, including office and client essentials.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on customer service.
Experience with scheduling software or willingness to learn quickly.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and Microsoft Office.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, especially in a spa or clinic setting is preferred
Knowledge of massage therapy or wellness services is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED
